I want to talk to you about CULTURE.
When I wrote this article, I went to Mr. Google and typed “culture in a business” and this is what I found that explains it well:
“Culture is the character and personality of your organization. It’s what makes your organization unique and is the sum of its values, traditions, beliefs, interactions, behaviors, and attitudes. Here’s an overview of why workplace culture is important, what affects it, and how to define it.”
This is a very important piece of what I want my business to be.
Any business, company, starts at the top. If the top has the right mindset, the right core values, the people involved in the business, whether employees or followers, will be attracted to that and maintain similar concept – and so a culture in born and maintained.
The first time I learned about this concept is when I purchased the 10X Growth Conference 2017 recordings. I did not attend the first one, but I did the second one. From the recordings of the first one, the guy who spoke about culture was JJ Jackintelle.
All the information I got from the speech was so valuable, it is laughable the price I paid for it in exchange.
You have to be a positive mindset, because how you think, determines how you act, and how you act has consequences on other people in your surroundings, and on the culture.
So when you are thinking about starting a business, or becoming an Entrepeneur, or building your own downline in a Network Marketing company, or whatever it is you want to do, it is very much workwhile studying this concept of CULTURE.
What culture do you want to create?
What do you want people to live by as a result of your leadership?
What do you want your culture to portray?
How would your culture be of benefit to society?
It really all starts with YOU.
